Because our pieces are made to order and personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our items are personalized and made specifically for each order, we are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our end, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the best way to make it right.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product listing or at checkout. Turnaround time refers to the time needed to prepare and personalize your order before it ships.
